Vittori Developments is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our luxury real estate projects in Vancouver and Burnaby. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in project management in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
