Overview
This building was one of our early achievements. 6 levels full concrete structure building. It featured new concepts in industrial occupancies and eventually housed Starbucks’ Canadian head office as well as a magazine and several famous artists. The development encompasses an area of 42,000 sq ft. It consists of a warehouse + retail on the main level, offices on the 2nd, and live & work studios around an open courtyard on the 3rd and 4th, with 2 levels of underground parking.
