Brock Backus

As Development Manager at Vittori, Brock Backus assists with land acquisitions, including leading site evaluation and feasibility analysis prior to purchasing, and works closely with consultants and municipalities to bring development projects from vision to reality. He plays a key role in navigating projects through zoning, permitting, and pre-construction processes, ensuring each one is positioned for long-term success.

An asset to every team, Brock is known for his collaborative approach and high integrity—building strong relationships both internally and externally. Originally from the B.C. Interior, he graduated from Simon Fraser University and brings local insight and a strategic mindset to every project.

Outside of work, you’ll find Brock at the hockey rink or enjoying a round of golf on the weekend.
