As the President and Founder, Danilo has spearheaded the company’s expansion, successfully executing numerous mixed-use, purpose-built residential rental properties across the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD). His impressive portfolio boasts the completion of over 1,000 homes, alongside a significant number of commercial and industrial projects.
With a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business, Danilo’s expertise spans financing, leasing, land acquisition, and steering the company’s overarching vision and direction. His Italian heritage and his family’s architectural prowess have been instrumental in infusing Vittori’s projects with old-world quality and craftsmanship combined with modern technology and architecture, a testament to his commitment to excellence.
A proud immigrant who moved to Canada from Italy in 1977, Danilo has seamlessly blended his rich cultural roots with his passion for building. His academic journey led him to become a Certified Residential Builder after completing his studies at Simon Fraser University.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Danilo is an ardent outdoor enthusiast. He cherishes his leisure time, engaging in various outdoor adventures such as hiking and motorsports. Whether it’s a solo expedition or a family outing, Danilo’s love for the great outdoors is as boundless as his ambition.
